Every new Embroidery Logo order incurs a one off Logo Set-up, our artwork team will reformat and proof the logo for the customer prior to production.→ What logo file formats are accepted?
Virtually any image or vector file format: jpg, img, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, eps, ai, svg or psd. Our artwork team reformat your logo into an embroidery file prior to production.Available Online

→ Why is there a recurring set-up fee?
For each order, a logo is set-up on an ink screen and stored in our printing factory for 12 months. Any screens that have been out of use for more than 12 months will be repurposed for new orders, customers who reoder screen printing (With no artwork changes) at least once every 12 months will never have to pay a recurring $25.00 set-up fee.→ What logo file formats are accepted?
