Pre-Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates:

  • Custom Orders: Friday, 6th December
  • Plain Stock Orders (no decoration): Tuesday, 10th December

Please note: Timelines may vary depending on stock availability. Please contact us if you have a specific deadline for your order. Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Any orders that are not delivered before Christmas will be shipped urgently in the new year.

Christmas Closure:

Our support office and stock ordering will be operating until Friday, 20th December 2024. We will resume operations on Monday, 6th January 2025.

Orders placed during our closure period will be processed in early to mid-January.
